Kim Metcalf-Kupres offers over 25 years of sales and marketing experience obtained through her work with Fortune 150 companies and 13 years with Johnson Controls, Inc., the global leader that provides safe, comfortable and sustainable environments. Since joining Johnson Controls, Kim has held several sales and marketing positions and recently became the vice president of global sales and marketing for Power Solutions. Throughout her career, Kim has always maintained a fierce focus on the customer first. And, as a result, has extensive experience understanding customer needs, building sales organizations, driving new product development, managing matrix organizations, and finding simple solutions to complex problems. Kim has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wayne State University and an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School.
