Kevin M. Madden

Kevin Madden is the Vice President of Global Sales for Honeywell Building Solution (HBS), a two billion dollar business within Automation & Control Solutions (ACS). Kevin has global sales responsibility to lead initiatives that will improve out overall sales effectiveness and productivity, as well as, staff, train and increase our overall market coverage.

Kevin began his career in Washington, D.C. has served in a number of leadership roles within ACS including Vice President / General Manager of Honeywell’s Energy Service business, Vice President / General Manager of the North American Technical Services team and Vice President / General Manager of the South & Latin America Region.

After joining Honeywell in January 1986, Kevin excelled in sales, sales management, training, general management and is a recipient of Honeywell’s prestigious Lund Award. Kevin and his team developed several sales training tools and implemented his sales vision and culture through various programs like the “Rainmaker” program. This program consists of five pillars on which he planned to build Honeywell’s sales culture evolution: Sales and Marketing Alignment, Sales Force Deployment, Sales Rep Productivity, Sales Coverage, and Sales Impact. All of which is still used today in our sales organization. Kevin has also served on several boards, is noted in a variety of magazines & books and has spoken at many conferences including the 2003 Chief Sales Executive Forum.

Kevin was born in Camden, New Jersey, and holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, where he was a standout baseball player and twice Co-Captain of the team. Kevin enjoys spending time with his family. Kevin and his wife, Kay, have been married for 21 years and have four children: Kasey 18, Emily 16, Bridget 13, and Kevin Jr. 8.
