Registration fee includes 2 nights (11/8 and 11/9) hotel room at The St. Regis Resort, all group meals, full access to sessions and evening receptions, and special events except as noted. This does not transportation, airfare, or golf tournament participation.

Garden View Room
The Garden View Room faces the spacious gardens and fields in the exterior of the resort. The room features a private balcony with normal amenities. Based on availability.

The Pool View Room looks into the center of the resort, facing the Resort’s beautiful Grand Lawn & pool – or the lush green golf course on property. This room features a private balcony with one King or two Queen beds. Based on availability.

Golf Tournament: $200 Per Person
Cooled by gentle ocean breezes, the Monarch Beach Golf Links, the on-site 18-hole course, provides a year round golf destination and memorable experience. This Robert Trent Jones, Jr. designed masterpiece runs along the dramatic bluffs of the Pacific Ocean and is fashioned in Scottish links tradition. Enjoy panoramic ocean views, and two holes adjacent to the beach. The golf course offers a challenge for all levels of golfers with undulating greens and gathering bunkers.

Bring A Guest to Evening Receptions
Attendees may bring a spouse or significant other to both Evening Receptions for an additional fee of $100. No guests (only paid attendees) are allowed however into group meals or sessions during the Forum.
Registrant Screening Policy
The Sales Forum is intended for top sales management and operations executives of world-class organizations. The Event Partners reserve the right to review submitted registrations to ensure qualifying criteria is met. Only those receiving written confirmation of approved registration will be processed and space reserved as attendees of the 2010 Forum. Solicitation of Forum attendees, Advisory Board members, Speakers, Sponsors, or event staff is prohibited.
Cancellation Policy
Attendee substitutions may be made at any time as long as the individual (substitution) satisfies the registrant screening criteria and is approved by the Event Partners.
All cancellations must be in writing to bcorrado@alexandergroupinc.com.
For all cancellations, event partners will withhold the full amount of the credit card processing fee. Cancellations received by email (not by voice mail) on or before September 8, 2010 will receive a refund, less the credit card fee we incurred to process the initial registration. After deducting this processing fee, the remaining amount is credited according to the below terms with respective cancellation deadlines.
Extended Room Nights: Attendees will be liable for paying extended room night charges for cancellations we receive in writing after September 8, 2010. Attendees who register after this date and request extended room nights that are then confirmed, are liable for all charges if they subsequently cancel these room nights. Please note that extended nights are booked through our contracted event block. As such, these cannot be cancelled from the room block and are more difficult to resell during the months preceding the event.
Registration Fees: A partial refund of $900 may be obtained if written cancellation is received between September 8, 2010 and September 15, 2010. (This does NOT include Extended Room Night charges which are non-refundable after September 8, 2010).
Confirmed registrants who do NOT attend the 2010 Forum or who cancel in writing after September 15th, 2009 will NOT receive a refund and are liable for the entire registration fee. Please note that we will not be able to make any exceptions to this cancellation policy – nor provide any credits for future events.
Golf Tournament: There is no refund on tournament cancellations received on or after October 1, 2010. Cancellations must be received in writing.
If for any reason the 2010 Forum is cancelled, Forum Hosts/Event Partners and their representatives and employees, Sponsors and Speakers do NOT accept responsibility for airfare or any other cost incurred by registrants. Program content is subject to change without notice.
